Over two weeks ago I ordered 2 items on Godmerch, a sweatshirt for my mother-n-law and a hat for my father-n-law for Christmas. I received the sweatshirt in a timely matter; however, I never received the hat that I ordered, although I was charged for both items. I have sent 3 messages via email to Godmerch over the past week explaining this problem and have yet to hear back from them. I am unable to find a phone number on their website. If I do not hear back from them in the next couple of days I will have to call my credit card company to dispute this charge and will contact the Better Business Bureau to submit a formal complaint. I will never order from this company again as they have terrible customer service!
