I received my sweatshirt but it had someone else’s grandchildren listed on the sleeve. I did not see a phone number to call so I emailed and am awaiting a response.
Runs large and shoulders are wonky, but I will wear it as my granddaughters will love that their names are on it. Wish names were higher on the too long sleeves so I could roll up the sleeves without covering names. I ordered my usual size.
She was over the moon about this sweatshirt. Super soft. Great for snuggling the grand nuggets. It is true to size. Don’t get it bigger thinking it runs small.
