Ordered the MiMi Clause sweatshirt for my mother. Got my order and not only does it NOT say MiMi, it doesn’t say grandma either. Just a bunch of letters pressed on a shirt.
There’s no telephone number to call and complain to. I sent an email to the email address listed on the card that came with my order but the only response I got was an email requesting I do a review of my order lol. So here you go!
I ordered this for my mother for her Birthday because it was her only request. Her birthday is a few days before Christmas so she wanted this to wear on Christmas day. First off, I ordered this a MONTH in advance and heard nothing. I emailed them on 4 seperate occasions and no reply. I decided to order a different one off of a different website and they got the shirt their in 1 week after ordering. Then I got an update through shipping that godmerch shipped my order and it was in NY for over 2 weeks. So they lied. When the shirt arrived AFTER christmas it said Nana when I ordered a Mimi shirt.... This place is a joke and a scam DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you are having issues make a claim through your bank and get your money back!!! If I could give them no stars I would.

Not only was my order WRONG but I’ve tried emailing them 2 different times and no reply. There’s no phone number either.
