I absolutely absolutely loved the sweatshirt, however, after wearing it only twice, the letters started coming off in my grandchildren’s names.
I really like the shirt - I love the design! My only complaint is the material. It is not a typical sweatshirt material and does not have any stretch to it. I probably should have paid attention to that when ordering. I am glad I sized up just to be safe and this will not be going in the dryer.
I ordered 5 custom sweatshirts as gifts. I ordered 3 size mediums, one of the sweatshirts had a collar that was 3 inches larger/wider than the 2 others that I received.
I emailed customer service and sent in pictures with measuring tape to show irregularities in the collar. I asked for a replacement.
No response.
I emailed again asking please communicate with me on how to resolve this issue.
Still no response.
I went to the website and entered a message in the contact us section.
Still no answer.
These sweatshirts were expensive and the quality of the product was subpar, and to top it off NO customer service.
All I want is for someone to communicate with me on how to resolve this issue.
I do not like to be negative, but Godmerch has left me no choice.
I will not purchase from them again. Warning: Buyer beware!

I like the sweatshirt. It’s very cute with the children’s names on the sleeves. But I was not happy with the font that they used on the name that I wanted under the word love. Instead of grandma, I wanted RaRa. the font that was used you can’t make out what it says. So I am dealing with a Gina your customer support service person by email since 9/30/23 and she told me that they will redo it in a different font. But I haven’t heard back from her yet.
