Ordered Gigi, received Grandma - no response from customer service

Lovely sweatshirt…but I ordered Gigi and received Grandma. I sent an email to customer service for assistance and never received a response. It’s disapppinting, I won’t wear it and because it’s personalized, I can’t give it away.

I had my sweatshirt personalized, but the seven letters are so close together that it is super hard to tell what it says. I wish the letters would have been smaller so that they could have been slightly spaced out. The sweatshirt quality is nice, but I don’t recommend buying this if you’re personalizing with a word containing more than 4 letters. I was so excited for this order, but really disappointed in it.
