I wish I could give this no stars

I ordered a T-shirt and a customize it with my grandson’s name they spelled it right, but they spelled grandma wrong!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service so that they can take care of it. The actual quality of the T-shirt is very good. I love it, but they spelled grandma wrong I can’t wear this, and I can’t get anybody to answer me to fix this!
