Fill your washing machine with cold water.
Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.
Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.
Air Dry your t-shirt or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.

After I gave the t-shirt to my wife on Mother’s Day, we saw that the “z” in “Kenzie” was unreadable. Also, I ordered the wrong size. The Small size is too small. I should have ordered a medium. I ordered a Gigi shirt. They sent me a grandmother shirt. There’s no way to contact these thieves and they won’t respond. I would not spend another dime with them.

Incorrect and no response to emails
I love the shirt and the customization was great. I asked to put "Grandmommy" on my shirt, since that is what the grands call me. I received a shirt that said "Grandmomy" - I have no idea what a momy is, lol. I would really like a corrected shirt, even though this one is gorgeous, just not spelled correctly!
I bought a grandma baseball shirt and I have been trying to get in touch with the company to return. The one I received. It is too big. I would like to exchange it for a different size. I have been trying to get a hold of them since the middle of May and I have heard nothing. I am still trying to get a hold of them. I do want the shirt? It is gorgeous. I just need a smaller size.
