I really wish I had read all the reviews

If I had I wouldn't have paid what this costs for the item I received. As others have mentioned, the picture is deceiving and looks 3D. No where in the "obvious" description does it say acrylic... you have to dig into the product "description" to see what you're actually getting. Unfortunately I didn't see that until I received the item.

False advertising

This site shows a 3d clearly AI picture of an ornament and what came in the mail was a cheap flag piece of acrylic with a bad picture on it. $40 for a piece of plastic is crazy. We will not be using this ornament and shop elsewhere. This merch was nothing Godly at all.

Complete Scam

NOT AS SHOWN AT ALL! They printed the image on a crappy 2D printer, then laminated it in acrylic. Quality is absolute trash and not depicted as the 3D delicate porcelain rendering as advertised. DO NOT BE FOOLED! Customer service only refunded me because it was damaged, not because they intentionally deceive their clientele.

Falsely advertised

I received it and it’s on Acrylic. Doesn’t look a bit like the picture depicted online. Feel deceived and ripped off. Spent over $30 for this.

Misrepresentation

The first Christmas ornament is a HUGE misrepresentation of what was actually received! The ornament is a flat piece of glass with the picture on it. It is not 3 dimensional as it appears in the advertisement.

Junk

Not at all what is in the picture. Flat, acrylic, cloudy, stars aren't hanging, it's all one chunky piece. Picture is extremely deceiving and I can only assume the positive reviews were paid, or work for the company. If it was half the price maybe, but not for what I paid.

WARNING THIS SITE IS A SCAM

What you see in the picture is not at all what you receive. They send you a with a cheap printed out version covered in an even cheaper plastic covering . Something you would never want on your tree and you could do yourself for free. This business is a shady scam and when I reached out for refund they denied it of course. DO NOT BUY

Too expensive for what you get

So disappointed. I was definitely deceived by the picture. It is flat. For this cost I expected a dimensional product with stars that actually dangled not a thin piece of plastic.
