I ordered this ornament for my grandson who lives in another state. He got it quickly and from what Im told, the quality was very good, but they put a girl instead of a boy on the ornament. Ive tried calling the company, no answer and vmb always full, and sent an email, but thwy have not responded. So, I cannot give them a good review on customer service.
