Very disappointed

I purchased 2 ornaments...one for my grandson and one for my granddaughter...Gavin's was fine...Ella was wrong...I ordered 2 Nanas hers was a grandfather...I called and emailed many times to remedy the situation...I was sent an email saying that's what I ordered...It clearly shows I ordered Nana for both...So I'm pretty upset that this order was wrong and no response to remedy the issue! I have the original order and it clearly says Nana!

Not as pictured…very cheap looking

I ordered this ornament for my granddaughter for Christmas. It looks so cute in the picture but not so much when you receive it. It is a chintzy looking cardboard cutout. I didn’t even give it to her. It is not at all as pictured. Also when I complained about the quality they refunded me $5.90? I believe with shipping it was close to $30!!! What a ripoff.

Cheap and not worth the money

I ordered two for my granddaughters and they came late and it is a cheap piece of flat acrylic. Definitely not what is pictured. Never buying from Godmerch again. Customer service very slow to respond.
