Excellent custome service

I ordered a sweatshirt and I sized up based on another customer's review. When it arrived, it was huge! I contacted customer service and explained that I had ordered a size that was too big for me. I was offered a discount to reorder another sweatshirt, which I did. I wore my new sweatshirt today and I received several compliments.
