Nice quality shirt, but...

Shirt quality is very good. The screen printing is also very colorful.

The "but"
I messed up & mis-spelled one of the entries on the order. I realized my error & requested a change 4 hours after submitting the order.
I was informed it was too late to request a change as the shirt "had already been locked for production and printed in batch".
However, the same shirt that was already "locked for production" 4 hours after ordering on 04/25 did not actually ship from the facility until 5/3 - 8 days later.
So....?
