I reached out to your company because I was not satisfied with the shape of the heart. The two 2 names, Dominique and Donovan, just seem to be flying in space. I also sent a picture. I'll send it again.
The decals are not on very good. My Granddaughters name is falling off and doubt will survive a washing as well as the heart with her name is curling back. The bottom of the large heart is also Crinkled up. Your quality control wasn’t very good. Had here been time to return before Christmas I would have.
I love, love my Grandmother sweatshirt!!! My granddaughters are so close to my heart and I have received tons of compliments on this sweatshirt.
I like the sweatshirt but two of the grandkids names are not spelled correctly. Instead of Jaylee, it says Jaylee. Instead of Aiden, it says Adrian.
I have 12 grandchildren and it is HARD to find something that showcases my pride for each and every one of them. I ordered this item in Shamrock Green and black hearts and names. I absolutely LOVE this sweatshirt!! I have received so many compliments and I just have to smile. It is classy, but not overbearing. I wear it often to show my pride and love for each of these kiddos. THANK YOU for allowing those of us with more than 2, 4 or 6 grandchildren to express our love in this subtle way.

The sweatshirt was not the quality I expected for the price I paid. You can find better quality at Target or Walmart. I would NOT recommend this vendor to anyone. I would have returned it, but it was personalized. MY LOSS!!
