Highly recommend this company for custom-made patches! The patch quality is excellent - crisp embroidery, details are clear, colors are bright and as expected, patch is sturdy not flimsy as so many patches are. I had a slight miscommunication about one detail on my patch and the seller was quick to respond to my concerns and fix the issue.

The embroidered sweater I ordered was lovely! It matched the rendering I was sent and was perfect! The seller communicated quickly and shipped very fast as well. The actual sweater used is super cozy and high quality. The embroidery is amazing and was exactly as pictured! It’s a wonderful item to hold my beloved pets memory who passed close to me. With 13 grandkids and 3 greats, I was finding it more and more difficult to keep up with adding all their names! So this shirt was the perfect way to sum it all up! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to order another one but they gave me a discount! The fabric is so comfy and it looks exactly like the picture as advertised.
