I’m disappointed in your lack of communication! My order was missing my grandson’s full name! It was printed as Coton when his name on the order was Colton! Sent an email , no reply, called the number only voice mail very unsatisfied with your product and will tell everyone about you no response to answer my issue!

My Fiancé got her MIMI Grandmother sweatshirt today. She loves it
Love the fit, color and embroidery; however, I am disappointed that the sweatshirt is pilling after one wear.

I got my wife a "Lita" (Grandma) sweatshirt for Christmas. My wife usually always returns my gifts, she is tough! However, she absolutely loved her sweatshirt. She loved the fit, quality and texture of the sweatshirt. Being that she is such a tough critic on gifts you know this is a great product!
Based on pictures on website, I assumed the charcoal shirt would have white thread embroidery; however, my shirt had black thread embroidery on a dark shirt. You can’t see it very well. Very misleading to use the charcoal shirt on website with white thread & then make it differently. I sent an email about this issue but did not receive a response from the company

If I had I wouldn't have paid what this costs for the item I received. As others have mentioned, the picture is deceiving and looks 3D. No where in the "obvious" description does it say acrylic... you have to dig into the product "description" to see what you're actually getting. Unfortunately I didn't see that until I received the item.
My sweatshirt is so cute! I have gotten so many compliments!
What you advertise as a full baby body with a baby’s face. Was not what I got. I am very, very, very unhappy with your with your merchants.. I only got the face.
Hello, I ordered 3 softball bag and 1 football ornament. What I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The website pictures look 3-dimensional. What you get is a flat acrylic ornament that is very shiny and poorly colored. STAY AWAY from them. You will be very disappointed considering their cost.
Just as beautiful in person as it looked online! My ONLY disappointment was one of the two that I bought had a chip in the rim. Other than that, they’re beautiful and I can’t wait to give them as gifts!

I was so excited to give this as a gift to my jet skiing friend. Loved that you can personalize with a name and color. BUT when I received the product, it was not at all the same as the photo. I understood I was ordering a 3D Christmas ornament as shown in the photo. However what I received was a 2D (flat) piece of plastic. And I see no "3D" effect in the imagining. The final product is not nearly as nice as the photo implied and I would not order again.
