I was so excited to get my Nana sweatshirt! Unfortunately it is not what I expected and esp for the price. I ordered a black sweatshirt with red NANA. the sweatshirt itself is fine but what is supposed to be red is more of an orange and then (most disappointing) my granddaughters name is printed in black (on a black sweatshirt)!

I was so excited to receive my "Mimi" sweatshirt. However, upon receipt I am so disappointed.
The sweatshirt came completely wrinkled. The way you compress it does not make for a good first view of the merchandise.
The sweatshirt is not soft. In fact it is not even comfortable to wear. Lastly, your sizing is off.
I am a true size small and I preferred a medium because I wanted it to be bigger than I need. The arm length is fine but it is so short on me and not roomy.
