I ordered shirt with grands’ and great grands’ names. The quality is good and it laundered well. I am very satisfied with my order. It came on time. I could have worn a size large instead of my normal extra large as it runs big. I have received several compliments.
I ordered matching tops for Nana, Papa, Mom and Dad, hoping we can all wear matching outfits for Christmas. The Papa one must have been sourced from a different vendor in a different country. Totally different , much thinner fabric and much poorer quality . It also doesn’t fit at all, it was supposed to be Medium and it says Medium but it’s actually a small size . Totally spoiled the whole idea. In addition I had also ordered a separate order for a Pink Nana top with grandkids names ( Derek, Chip, Cecilia , Penelope ) and it has never arrived. All in all extremely disappointed
I washed according to instructions and the lettering pulled away - I have emailed 3 times, as there is no phone number and I have gotten no response to my claim - VERY DISAPPOINTED

These sweatshirts are very lightweight. Also, I thought they would be embroidered. They are not. The letters are vinyl. I'm not happy, given the price point.
