I ordered four shirts for my sisters and me, personalized with the names our grandchildren call us. The first ones I ordered were not printed correctly. (There really needs to be an option for the buyer to see how the shirt will look after the personalized printing.) I contacted the company, and my order was reprinted at no charge with excellent results! We all love the shirts. They are made of excellent quality cotton and are well made. I would order from this company again.

I bought a grandma baseball shirt and I have been trying to get in touch with the company to return. The one I received. It is too big. I would like to exchange it for a different size. I have been trying to get a hold of them since the middle of May and I have heard nothing. I am still trying to get a hold of them. I do want the shirt? It is gorgeous. I just need a smaller size.

The design and quality is good but after buying it I came to realize that if you choose 3 children the bottom hand only has 3 fingers
I’m super disappointed in this hat. My husband and I do not like anything about it. The quality is terrible. It doesn’t look like the picture. I feel like my money was wasted. The hat is also bent out of shape. I tried fluffing it up. Do not order.
