I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I tried reaching out by email and chat and no one ever responded back to me. I ordered (2) shirts and the one that said MimMim the stitching on the back shoulder came loose the first time I washed it. I wasn't sure what you could do but again no one ever responded back to me.
